Job Description

The Infantry is the backbone of the Army. These Soldiers are responsible for taking or holding ground during combat operations, using advanced weapons and tactics to attack, repel, and capture enemy forces.

Job Duties
  • Assist in reconnaissance operations
  • Employ, fire, and recover anti-personnel and anti-tank mines
  • Operate weapon systems, including night vision sights
  • Maintain communications equipment
  • Participate in training and combat as a fire team member
  • Process prisoners of war and captured documents
  • Mobilize vehicles, troops, and weaponry
  • Handle and store combat weapons safely
