Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom themes, plugins, and Gutenberg blocks across a portfolio of high-traffic, multilingual WordPress sites
• Develop and maintain libraries, block collections, Composer packages, and tooling that accelerate delivery across teams
• Own quality and performance: refactor legacy code, optimize queries and caching, and improve Core Web Vitals metrics
• Build and consume REST APIs and integrations with internal and third-party systems
• Take part in code reviews, CI/CD improvements, and engineering standards initiatives
• Collaborate with product, marketing, SEO, content, and QA teams on new features and site improvements
• Document technical decisions and contribute to engineering best practices
• Ensure software development best practices and timely product delivery

We're looking for a Senior WordPress Developer who treats WordPress as a modern engineering platform rather than a traditional CMS. You'll help build and scale high-traffic multilingual web platforms while maintaining high standards of performance, security, scalability, and code quality.
