The role offers an hourly pay rate of $19.00 in Blythewood, SC with a Monday–Friday schedule. You will be involved in recruiting, onboarding, operations support, and administrative tasks while advancing within a growing

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, administration, operations, or supervision preferred; experience with an hourly workforce a plus.
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills and ability to work with candidates, employees, customers, and management.
• Willing to work a full-time flexible schedule based on needs.
• Willing and able to assist with janitorial tasks when needed.
• Strong organizational skills with basic computer and mobile systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting & onboarding: interview candidates, hire, and onboard new hires.
• Operations: assist the Manager with daily operations, staffing, employee support, quality inspections, and safety audits.
• Administrative: maintain records, assist with timekeeping and payroll items, prepare reports.
• Inventory & supplies: monitor inventory, coordinate orders, receive deliveries, track uniforms and equipment.
• Customer service: assist with client requests, walkthroughs, and follow-up items.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruiting & Onboarding: Support onsite staffing by interviewing candidates, coordinating hiring, and completing new-hire onboarding and orientation.

• Inventory & Supplies: Monitor inventory, maintain organized supply areas, coordinate orders, receive deliveries, and track uniforms, equipment, and other company property.
• Customer Service: Assist with client requests, walkthroughs, and follow up items to ensure issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in recruiting, administration, operations, or supervision preferred; experience with an hourly workforce a plus.
