Job summary

GoFasti is seeking an English-fluent Solution Architect Lead for a fully remote role. You will lead analytics engagements, define objectives with clients, and design end-to-end architectures across data ingestion, modeling, warehousing, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience designing and delivering end-to-end data and analytics solutions
• Hands-on experience with one major cloud data platform and ability to evaluate tools
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling knowledge
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IS or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel to client sites as engagements require

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and requirements-gathering sessions to define objectives, data sources, and criteria
• Design end-to-end architectures for ingestion, modeling, warehousing, transformation, and reporting
• Produce diagrams and design documents for technical and non-technical audiences
• Partner with PMs and engagement leads as the main technical contact
• Guide and review work of data engineers, analysts, and BI developers to ensure quality
• Contribute to internal capability building with reusable frameworks and standards
• Support pre-sales through scoping, effort estimation, and RFP responses
• Directly manage a team, staffing, workload, and performance while mentoring on best practices

We need an English-fluent Solution Architect Lead, based in no, available to work remotely. Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and requirements-gathering sessions to define business objectives, data sources, and success criteria for analytics engagements
• Design end-to-end solution architectures spanning data ingestion, modeling, warehousing, transformation, and reporting/visualization layers
• Produce architecture diagrams, technical design documents, and solution roadmaps that are clear to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Partner with project managers and engagement leads by serving as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Guide and review the work of data engineers, analysts, and BI developers to ensure solutions are built to the architected design and to firm quality standards
• Contribute to internal capability building: reusable frameworks, accelerators, and architecture standards that improve delivery speed and consistency across engagements
• Support pre-sales activity, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal or RFP responses
• Directly manage a team including staffing, workload balancing, and day-to-day performance management, while mentoring them on architecture best practices and client delivery standards

Requirements

• 5- 7+ years of experience designing and delivering end-to-end data and analytics solutions, from source systems through to reporting and consumption layers
• Hands-on experience in at least one major cloud data platform (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ability to evaluate and recommend additional tools and systems
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of data modeling approaches (dimensional modeling, data vault, or similar)
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel to client sites as engagements require

Compensation

• The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $4,500 – $5,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
• This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.
• The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
