Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our Aggregates team in the United States. You will perform routine quality control tests on raw materials and finished products, and accurately record results to ensure compliance with specifications.
Work will involve maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, communicating findings to production teams, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality.

Perform routine quality control tests on raw materials and finished products.
Accurately record and report test results to ensure compliance with specifications.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to guarantee reliability.
Communicate findings and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in basic math and data recording for accurate test results.
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Commitment to safety and adherence to company standards.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
$25-$30 per hour
