Diversified Services Network, Inc. in Mossville, IL, is seeking a full-time Hydraulic Systems Test Engineer to lead testing projects from planning through conclusion.

You will work hands-on with hydraulic and fluid components across machines, maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and throughput. The role requires a Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with 5–7 years of experience (or a Master’s with 3 years).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology required with 5–7 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years.
• Hands-on mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
• Data analysis and failure analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead hydraulic testing projects from planning to conclusion.
• Plan, set up, and execute component and system testing, and perform analysis to reach and report conclusions.
• Collaborate closely with the lab manager, test lead, shop personnel, and internal clients throughout the testing process.

Position Overview

This role leads hydraulic testing projects from planning through conclusion, working hands-on with a variety of hydraulic and fluid components and sub-systems across multiple machines and product groups. The position offers direct exposure to new technology in a casual, hands-on lab environment with a strong focus on safety, quality, and throughput.

Key Contributions & Responsibilities

• Lead hydraulic testing projects from planning to conclusion.
• Plan, set up, and execute component and system testing, and perform analysis to reach and report conclusions.
• Collaborate closely with the lab manager, test lead, shop personnel, and internal clients throughout the testing process.

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology and 5-7 years of relevant experience is required OR
• Master's degree and 3 years of experience
