Cardiac Anesthesiologist Opportunity - $100K Start Date Bonus!

Anesthesiology Associates of Tallahassee (AAOT) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our team in Tallahassee, Florida. Our group provides anesthesia services at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, HCA Florida Capital Hospital, and several ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs). We promote a supportive, clinician-led environment that encourages work-life balance and professional growth.

Compensation and Benefits

1. Top Compensation in the State - Eligible for profit sharing after 18 months, leading to significant income growth
2. $100,000 Start Date Bonus + Relocation Bonus
3. Experience with over 800 cardiac cases annually
4. Part of an anesthesia care team comprising 33 physicians and 103 anesthetists
5. Cases include General Surgery, Trauma, OB, Orthopedics, Cardiac, Endoscopy, Pediatrics, Neurology
6. In-house call 2-3 times per month with post-call day off
7. 11 weeks of paid time off (10 weeks PTO + 5 sick days)
8. Benefits commence on the start date with no waiting period
9. Generous CME allowance and Florida licensure assistance
