Position Details

This role offers a pay range provided by Clarion Home Services Group, with actual pay based on skills and experience. The base pay range is $30.00/hr - $45.00/hr.

Compensation and Benefits

Job Location

Jackson, WI. We provide a take-home vehicle and fuel card for Milwaukee residents.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose problems, assess repairs, and communicate options to customers.
• Establish rapport with customers and educate them on maintenance plans.
• Explain replacement opportunities for aging systems.
• Maintain professionalism to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Work with customer service and dispatch for overall success.
• Keep the job site and truck organized.
• Participate in training, meetings, and company events.
• Accurately complete invoices, time cards, and feedback sheets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Certification.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to apply them.
• Continued education towards NATE certification.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
• Highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Desire to improve as a technician and team player.
