6. 20% increase on rates for weekend jobs.

Now, here is what we require to work with us:

• Must provide General Liability, Workman's Comp, and Auto Insurance.
• Need to be EPA certified for Lead-safe jobs. Not certified yet? No worries. We will schedule you a class and help get you certified.
• Background checks are required for all team members working on a site.
• Job site trailer and tools. An enclosed trailer is preferred.
