Superior Contracting & Maintenance is actively seeking experienced roofing professionals to join our contractor network for residential repair, maintenance, and roofing-related service work.

This opportunity offers flexible project-based work across multiple states with fast payment processing and materials provided on approved projects.

Ideal for independent contractors looking to supplement their workload with consistent assignments and reliable onboarding through our portal.

Qualifications

• Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided).
• Workers' Compensation coverage where applicable.
• Valid W9 and Tax ID required.
• Roofing license preferred or required based on state/local regulations.
• Must own roofing tools, ladder equipment, trailer, and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required for portal access, communication, and photo uploads.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential roofing services including inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
• Tear-offs and full or partial roof replacements as needed.
• Document work with before/during/after photos and notes in the company portal.
• Coordinate materials and repair recommendations with homeowners and PMs.

About the Opportunity

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is actively seeking experienced roofing professionals to join our contractor network for residential repair, maintenance, and roofing-related service work.

Through our established partnerships with homeowners and property management groups, we provide ongoing roofing assignments in local service areas across multiple states.

This opportunity is ideal for independent roofing contractors looking to supplement their current workload with flexible project opportunities, consistent assignments, and fast payment processing.

Approved projects may include materials provided by Superior Contracting & Maintenance when applicable.

Roofing Experience We’re Looking For

Qualified contractors should have hands-on experience with residential roofing services including:

Roof Inspections & Diagnostics

• Leak detection and troubleshooting
• Storm-related roof inspections
• Flashing, ventilation, and moisture evaluations
• Identifying water intrusion concerns or potential mold risks

Roof Repairs & Maintenance

• Shingle, tile, or roofing material repairs
• Nail pops and minor puncture repairs
• Sealant work around flashing, vents, and penetrations
• Gutter-related roofing maintenance and repairs

Larger Roofing Projects

• Tear-offs and underlayment installation
• Partial and full roof replacements
• Experience with asphalt shingles, TPO, tile, and related roofing systems
• Soffit, fascia, and ventilation-related repairs

Project Documentation

• Before, during, and after photos
• Detailed job notes through the company portal
• Communication regarding materials and repair recommendations

Contractor Requirements

Disqualifiers

• No active insurance coverage
• Unable to complete onboarding requirements
• Poor communication or unreliable follow-through
• Lack of roofing tools or transportation
• Unable to safely access residential roofing systems
