Job summary

Proof Technology is seeking Process Servers to join its network of independent contractors to deliver legal documents in Amory, MS and surrounding areas. Set your own schedule and determine your workload, choosing the cases you want to accept and earn on a per-serve basis through the Proof app.

As a contractor, you must be licensed if required by state, have a valid driver's license, and be proficient with smartphones to use the mobile app for accepting work and tracking earnings.

Requirements

• Certification: You must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server if your state or county laws require it.

• Experience: Prior experience in process serving or a related field (law enforcement, private investigations, etc.) is required, as Proof is not an employer and does not provide training.
  National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) membership is preferred.
