Job summary

Half Price Flooring in Las Vegas seeks a high-energy sales strategist to launch new products into the market. You will operate as a 1099 employee under our management company, driving sales in person at our office and in the field with contractors and builders.

The role requires 5+ years of high-end sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Las Vegas local with in-person office and field presence.
• Minimum 5 years of high-end sales and strategy experience.
• Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales.
• CRM experience with Zoho or Salesforce is preferred.

Are you a high-energy sales professional with knowledge for launching new products into market? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment? Half Price Flooring , Las Vegas’s top flooring company, is looking for a motivated, results-oriented sales strategist to join our team, under our management company as a 1099 employee, to help drive sales!

What You’ll Do:

• Generate sales opportunities through cold calls, on-site meetings, and trade shows
• Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and provide tailored solutions
• Schedule showroom appointments and in-home estimates
• Follow up with potential clients to close deals and maximize earnings
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage leads using a CRM system
• Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering top-tier customer service

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be a Las Vegas local and able to work in person at our office and in the field by visiting potential contractors, builders, apartment complexes, motels/hotels, and large organizations
• Minimum 5 years of high-end sales and strategy experience (flooring/home improvement experience is a plus)
• Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with strong ability to work alone and in a team environment
• Preferred experience with CRM tools like Zoho or Salesforce
• Ability to work Monday to Friday and one Saturday per month

This is a bi-weekly flat rate salary, plus unlimited commission potential. You will be a 1099-employee under our management company.
