Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a 1099 Contractor specializing in remediation to join our team. In this role, you will independently manage property damage remediation projects, delivering high-quality repair and restoration services across a variety of property types.

This position requires a self‑motivated professional capable of assessing damages, developing effective remediation plans, coordinating with project stakeholders, and executing repairs that meet Superior’s quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess property damage and create remediation plans tailored to each project
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the remediation process
• Schedule and oversee work crews or subcontractors as needed to complete projects efficiently
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely and effective results
• Follow all safety protocols and industry best practices during remediation work
• Provide regular progress updates and final reports to clients and project stakeholders

Requirements
