Job summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking an experienced 1099 contractor specializing in remediation to join our contractor network. This role involves independently managing property damage remediation projects and providing dependable repair and restoration services across different properties.

You will evaluate property damage, craft remediation plans, coordinate with project stakeholders, and complete restoration work in accordance with Superior’s quality expectations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in property repair and damage remediation.
• Active General Liability Insurance.
• Knowledge of remediation procedures and safety requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
• Must have the required tools and dependable transportation.
• Residence and work within the United States.

We are seeking a motivated professional who can evaluate property damage, create practical remediation plans, coordinate with project stakeholders, and complete restoration work in accordance with Superior’s quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assess property damage and create remediation plans based on the specific needs of each project
• Work closely with project managers and clients to maintain clear communication and ensure project expectations are aligned
• Coordinate and oversee work crews or subcontractors when needed to keep projects moving efficiently
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and workmanship to support successful and timely completion
• Follow applicable safety procedures and established industry best practices throughout remediation projects
• Provide regular progress updates and final documentation to clients and relevant project stakeholders

Requirements
