Job summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking independent plumbing technicians to cover residential service requests across multiple states, including TX. You must have a valid license, own tools, and reliable vehicle, with onboarding completed through our portal.

We offer full- and part-time opportunities, fast payment after approval, and flexible scheduling for qualified contractors performing larger replacement projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Independent 1099 contractor status is required.
• Active General Liability Insurance with COI provided.
• Preferred: minimum of 3 years plumbing experience.
• Must own plumbing tools and have reliable transportation.
• Must complete onboarding and portal walkthrough before assignments.
• Comfortable using online portal for updates and photo uploads.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must reside and work within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential plumbing service requests within assigned coverage areas.
• Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently and professionally.
• Submit estimates for larger repair or replacement projects when necessary.
• Maintain communication and provide progress updates through the mobile portal.
• Complete work orders according to company and client expectations.

Requirements

• Must operate as an independent 1099 contractor
• Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
• Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience
• Must own plumbing tools and reliable transportation (truck, van, or SUV)
• Must complete a brief onboarding process and portal walkthrough before receiving assignments
• Comfortable using an online portal system for communication, updates, and photo uploads
• Valid driver's license required
• Must currently reside and work within the United States

Disqualifiers

• Inability to complete onboarding requirements
• Poor communication or unreliable transportation
• Lack of plumbing tools required for service work

Key Responsibilities
