Job summary

Renuity is seeking skilled remodelers to install home improvement products and apply finish work according to standards. You will coordinate with homeowners, complete final payments, and ensure customer satisfaction after each installation.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in remodeling or carpentry, experience with cabinets, veneers, laminates or countertops, and hold a valid driver’s license. LLCs or businesses and liability insurance are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

4+ years of Remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
Experience with cabinet installation, refacing, veneer/laminate and countertops.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.
Established LLC or Business
General Liability Insurance
Preferred crew of two or more

Responsibilities

Install home remodeling products according to Renuity standards and procedures.
Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.
Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
