Sage Surfaces is seeking a dependable Cabinetry Installer to support our residential projects on a 1099 subcontractor basis. You will manage your own hours, travel to various job sites, and install pre-manufactured cabinetry with precision to meet homeowners’ specifications.
You will work project by project, earning competitive rates per installation. Projects typically range from $3,000 to $5,000 each, with 1–3 projects per month possible depending on availability and workload.
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in cabinet installation or related carpentry.
- Proficiency in installing pre-manufactured cabinetry and woodwork with precision.
- Own tools and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy components and work in various environments.
- License or insurance and EPA Renovator certificate.
Responsibilities
- Attend multiple job sites delivering precise cabinet installations.
- Travel to home sites and coordinate with homeowners and designers.
- Take exact measurements to ensure proper fit and design specifications.
- Install pre-manufactured cabinetry and verify alignment and finish.
