Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking experienced retail merchandisers to promote the Xero Shoes brand in Fort Collins, CO. You will create compelling footwear displays, drive in-store presence, and report insights through the ThirdChannel app.

The role is a 1099 independent contractor position with pay starting at $24/hour, scalable by market and experience. Designers can craft flexible schedules with store management, and there are quarterly video calls to build product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience merchandising in retail environments.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with store teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and manage time autonomously.
• Comfortable installing and navigating the ThirdChannel app on a smart device.

Responsibilities

• Create footwear displays that align with Xero Shoes style and draw in customers.
• Elevate Xero Shoes' in-store presence.
• Merchandise footwear by product category & ensure displays meet brand guidelines.
• Engage with associates and consumers to increase brand awareness and highlight features and benefits.
• Check inventory in stock room to ensure all styles are on the floor.
• Commit to, and manage, your own work schedule of store visits in your assigned market.
• Complete store visit reports, utilizing ThirdChannel's mobile app to gather and submit intel, excellent photos, and well-written visit summaries.
