Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking experienced Brand Representatives to boost Xero Shoes displays and in-store presence. You will visit stores, set up product-focused displays, and engage staff and customers to raise brand awareness.

Immediate start after Brand Rep Certification and ongoing quarterly executive calls support product knowledge and growth. Work as a 1099 contractor with a flexible monthly visit cadence; compensation starts at $24/hour, with travel incentives and the ability to schedule visits

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience.
• Experience in a retail setting.
• Friendly personality and ability to build, and nurture, strong relationships with store team members.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and manage time autonomously.
• Comfortable with technology to install, and navigate, the ThirdChannel app.
• A smart device with internet access (iOS 17.0 or above, Android phones on version 10.0 or above).

Responsibilities

• Create footwear displays that align with Xero Shoes style and draw in customers.
• Elevate Xero Shoes’ in-store presence.
• Merchandise footwear by product category & ensure displays meet brand guidelines.
• Engage with associates and consumers to increase Xero Shoes brand awareness and highlight the features and benefits of their products.
• Check inventory in stock room to ensure that all styles are on the floor.
• Commit to, and manage, your own work schedule of store visits in your assigned market.
• Complete store visit reports, utilizing ThirdChannel’s mobile app to gather and submit intel, excellent photos, and well-written visit summaries

• Create footwear displays that align with Xero Shoes style and draw in customers

JOB COMPENSATION AND PERKS

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position and provides excellent supplemental income
• Our competitive pay starts at $24/hour and is based on your market and relevant experience. Travel incentive is added to every store visit
• Store visits are once per month, one-hour each visit. Store count varies by market
• Design your own flexible work schedule in agreement with store management
• Quarterly video calls with Brand Executives to gain product knowledge and build skills
• Build merchandising, inventory and customer service experience
• Immediate start date upon completion of Brand Rep Certification
