Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Bath Installer on a 1099 contract to install home remodeling products to their standards. You will ensure quality finish work and communicate with homeowners at project completion to secure final payments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in remodeling or carpentry, experience with showers/tubs, drains, and valves, and must carry liability and workers' comp insurance with a vehicle for job sites.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience installing residential showers/tubs; acrylics & stone panels.
• Experience setting a drain and installing valves.
• Established LLC or Business running under EIN.
• Must have general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
• Must have a cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
