Overview

We seek a highly organized Logistics & Fleet Supervisor to oversee our transportation and fleet operations in Orange, CA. This role ensures efficient fleet management, timely deliveries, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. If you have a logistics, fleet coordination, and team leadership background, we want you to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations, including fleet scheduling, routing, and transportation of HVAC products and materials.
• Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure fleet compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in optimizing warehouse and distribution processes.
• Train and supervise drivers and logistics personnel to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Track and analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve fleet performance.
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, fleet management, or transportation operations, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, fleet maintenance, and transportation logistics.
• Experience with fleet management software and logistics tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
