We are in search of a bilingual English & Korean speaking Cloud Engineering Manager to oversee the design, operation, and management of HAEA’s proprietary OpenStack-based private cloud platform. This role requires close collaboration with the global operations team and headquarters in Korea to ensure stable, efficient, and secure platform operations. Beyond technical oversight, you will play a key role in driving the business growth of private cloud services—managing budgets, planning strategic investments, and promoting continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.
Strong communication skills are essential for effective engagement with both internal and external stakeholders. The manager also collaborates closely with global and HQ (Korea) engineering teams to lead technical development, service enhancements, and the standardization of operations.
Success in this role requires deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, strong leadership skills, a business-oriented mindset, and the ability to foster collaboration and communication across diverse teams.
Base Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000
