SEJ Services, LLC seeks a reliable janitorial team member for a School/Church site in Jackson, MS. The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, with an hourly pay rate of $12.00. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, 401(k), and DailyPay.

Qualifications

• Must have a personal smart phone and reliable transportation
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check if required for the position, and meet all hiring requirements.
• Positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback, follow directions, and maintain dependable attendance
• Ability to work well with others and contribute to a productive team environment
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Able to work efficiently, stay organized, and maintain a strong sense of urgency and customer service focus
• Willing and able to perform a variety of cleaning and operational tasks as business needs require
• Prior experience in a labor-based role preferred
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical duties associated with janitorial operations, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and remaining active throughout the shift.
