Responsibilities include planning tactical objectives, budgeting, driving continuous improvement, managing resources from materials to finished product, and maintaining collaboration with authorities and partners to ensure safe, on-time production.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degrees in administrative/commercial studies and industrial engineering.
• Proven ability to plan, organize and lead manufacturing operations.
• Experience aligning plant activities with corporate policies and regulatory standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily plant operations, maintenance, sanitation, inventory, quality and safety.
• Plan tactical objectives, projects and budget; participate in investment spending.

Watch over and organize the daily operations of manufacturing plant, maintenance, sanitations activities, plant inventory, food safety, security and quality assurance while ensuring environmental and corporate policies and legal regulations, following ever the moral principles and values of OBL. Oversee the effectiveness of employees and to make sure the activities are running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safety.What Will I Be DoingParticipate in the planning of tactical objectives, projects and indicators and participation in budget preparation and investment spending.Ensure compliance with the standards established by Grupo Bimbo to control operations.Promote and analyze the feasibility of the OBL best practices for implementation and documentation in plant.Managing and planning the resources of the plant, from the supply of materials to the delivery of finished product, producing with quality, quantity and ever on time.Ensure compliance with the supply to the manufacturing process.Monitor the product quality and take corrective and preventive actions to improve the product.Implement and monitor systems to ensure compliance with quality standards in all products.Monitor the indicators to review the evolution of plant performance.Make the Production Plan since the Sales Forecast given by Supply Chain.Hold cordial relations and team meetings to maintain a healthy working environment and follow the same (through the work plan).Keep the interaction and relationship with institutional authorities, as well as government agencies and civil partnerships at the federal, state and local.Maintain a healthy work environment in the different functional areas of the plant.Follow up the compliance personnel structure.Develop personnel under his responsibility through talent management system: personnel evaluations, closing gaps, monitor work plans, among others.Participate in market visits to monitor the performance of the products.Follow up to the customer complaints system and ensure the implementation of corrective actions.Ensure the existence and maintenance of crisis management system at the plant.Follow up audits and internal certificates on sustainable processes.Implement and monitor continuous improvement systems.Achieving product profitability, in an atmosphere of productivity, production innovation, flexibility, sustainability, food safety and security.Promote the identification and replication of best operational practices to reduce costs.Evaluate projects to increase productivity in plants.QualificationsWhat Is Expected Of MeBachelor of Administrative and Commercial Studies, Bachelor of Industrial EngineeringEstablishes ambitious objectives and orientates actions on achieving them.Analyzes, identifies and understands strategic information as well as market or company situations to enable decision making.Recognizes strategic market trends and opportunities and defines action plans to capitalize them.Evaluates possible risks and determines how and when to act to take advantage of identified opportunities.Assigns clear objectives and tasks to subordinates and other areas and ensures its execution.Enables the business´s viability by a good relationship and a constant interaction with other areas.Promotes communication, trust and a good working environment between team members, guiding them towards mutual objectives.Expresses ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
