Leader Bank is seeking a seasoned 1031 Exchange Business Development Leader to source new business for our 1031 QI and digital escrow services, building long‑term relationships with a national client base.

This role offers direct access to executive leadership and the Bank President, with a compensation package that rewards performance and long-term client growth.

Responsibilities

• Create business opportunities through self-sourcing clients suited for 1031 exchange and digital escrow services.
• Leverage networks and centers of influence to acquire business and build meaningful relationships.
• Build a robust portfolio of national clients and manage relationships through to service delivery.
• Work with clients on IRC Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and manage their portfolio of transactions.
• Present seminars on IRC Section 1031 to attorneys and real estate professionals.
