Washougal School District seeks a Paraeducator IAC for Hathaway Elementary to support teachers and students in a 6.5-hour day schedule (8:45 am - 3:45 pm) on regular days and Wednesdays. There is a 60 work days probation for new employees and a pay rate of $24.70–$28.36 per hour, with a shorter 4-hour day for conference/last days.

The role involves assisting a certificated teacher with supervision and instruction of individual or small groups, and providing instructional and clerical support.

Qualifications

• Supports special education and identified students as directed.
