Abound Health is hiring compassionate, reliable Home‑Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in State College, PA.

Full‑time and part‑time hours available.

About the Role

As a DSP, you will provide one‑on‑one support in clients’ homes and communities. Your work helps individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, dependable, and passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities

• Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development
• Assist with recreational and community activities
• Follow treatment plans and document progress
• Provide companionship and respite care
• Submit documentation and payroll on time
• Participate in ongoing training
• Assist with personal care needs as required
• Work independently in home and community settings

What We’re Looking For
