A leading company in life insurance seeks motivated associates for its customer service team due to rapid expansion. The role is commission-based with potential earnings from sales, offering extensive training and support for new agents. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and experience in sales or customer service.
Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increasing demand from our client base, we seek highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales, who are also flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
WHO WE MARKET TO: We specialize in life insurance to protect different areas for families with average income and health. We have many requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet these requests.
HOW WE GET PAID: This is a commissions-only role! The commission schedule is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a 2-tier bonus structure. Associates are earning $600 for just one sale.
TRAINING WE PROVIDE: We have streamlined the process so you can sell a policy quickly. We provide comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! If you want to grow an agency, we can assist you in achieving that within months.
