A leading company is seeking motivated associates for their customer service team in the life insurance sector. This full-time, commission-only role offers training and the opportunity to earn quickly, appealing to those eager to grow and develop within the company.
Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of the increased demand from our client base, we are seeking highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales, who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
WHO WE MARKET TO: We specialize in life insurance to protect various aspects of family life, focusing on families with average income and health. We have a high volume of requests for insurance within our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.
HOW WE GET PAID: This is a commissions-only role! The commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could see payments within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is $1,000 in annual premium, with some associates earning $600 from just one sale through our bonus structure.
TRAINING WE PROVIDE: We offer comprehensive training to help you sell policies efficiently. You will receive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! If you want to grow an agency, we can support you in achieving that within months.
