A rapidly expanding company is seeking motivated customer service associates to join its team. The role focuses on providing personal care to union workers and involves selling life insurance policies with a commission structure that allows for quick earning potential. Comprehensive training is provided, and no prior licensing is needed.
Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we are seeking highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
WHO WE MARKET TO: We specialize in life insurance to protect different areas for families with average income and health. We have many requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.
HOW WE GET PAID: This is commission-only! The commission schedule is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure that allows associates to earn $600 from just one sale.
TRAINING WE PROVIDE: We offer comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts to help you sell policies efficiently. Our goal is to help you make money! If you want to grow an agency, we can support you in achieving that within months.
