A rapidly expanding company is seeking motivated associates for a customer service team focused on life insurance. The role is full-time and operates on a commissions-only basis, with extensive training provided. Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and an outgoing personality, with the opportunity to grow within the agency.
Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates to our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of the increased demand from our client base, we are seeking highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales, who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
WHO WE MARKET TO: We specialize in life insurance to protect various family needs, targeting individuals with average income and health. We have many requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.
HOW WE GET PAID: This is a commissions-only role! The commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure that allows associates to earn $600 for just one sale.
TRAINING WE PROVIDE: We offer comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts to help you sell policies efficiently. Our goal is to help you make money! If you want to grow an agency, we can support you in achieving that within months.
