A leading company in life insurance is expanding its customer service team and seeks motivated associates. This full-time, commissions-only role offers extensive training and the potential for quick earnings. Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we seek highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates who have experience in customer service or sales, and who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
We specialize in life insurance to protect various aspects of family life, targeting families with average income and health. We have numerous requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet these needs.
This is a commissions-only role. The commission schedule is designed to help you earn quickly! You could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a 2-tier bonus structure. Associates are earning around $600 from just one sale.
We ensure you can sell a policy quickly by providing comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! If you want to grow your own agency, we can support you in achieving that within months.
