Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we seek highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.

Candidate Requirements:

This is a full-time position.

Target Market

We specialize in life insurance to protect various family needs, focusing on families with average income and health. We have high demand within our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.

Compensation

This position is commission-only. Our commission schedule is designed to help you start earning quickly, with potential payments within a week of your first policy. The average sale nationwide is $1,000 in annual premium, with some associates earning $600 from a single sale through our bonus structure.

Training Provided

We offer comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts to enable you to sell policies efficiently. We aim to help you generate income rapidly and support your growth into an agency owner if desired.
