Job Opportunity: Customer Service & Sales Associate

Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we seek highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.

This is a full-time position.

Who We Market To

We specialize in life insurance to protect families with average income and health. We have many requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.

Compensation

This is a commissions-only role. The commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly, with potential payments within a week of your first policy. The average sale nationwide is $1,000 in annual premium, with some associates earning $600 from just one sale.

Training Provided

We provide comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts to help you sell policies efficiently. Our goal is to help you make money and grow your own agency if desired, within months.
