A leading company in life insurance is expanding and seeking motivated associates for a full-time customer service role. The position focuses on providing personal care to working families, with comprehensive training provided. Commission-only earnings are complemented by bonuses and benefits, including health insurance reimbursement and retirement plans.
Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we are seeking highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
WHO WE MARKET TO: We specialize in life insurance to protect various aspects of family life, targeting families with average income and health. We have a high volume of requests for insurance within our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.
HOW WE GET PAID: This is a commission-only role! The commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could receive payment within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure that can earn associates an additional $600 for just one sale.
TRAINING WE PROVIDE: We have streamlined the process so you can sell a policy quickly. We provide comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! If you want to grow an agency, we can support you in achieving that within months.
