Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we are seeking highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.

However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales who are also flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.

WHO WE MARKET TO

We specialize in life insurance to protect families in various areas, focusing on those with average income and health. Due to high demand in our niche market, we have many requests for insurance but not enough agents to meet this need.

HOW WE GET PAID

This is a commissions-only role. Our commission schedule is designed to help you start earning quickly; you could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. The average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure that can earn associates an additional $600 per sale.

TRAINING WE PROVIDE

We have streamlined the process so you can sell a policy quickly. We provide comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! If you're interested in growing your own agency, we can assist you in achieving that within months.
