Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we seek highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
We specialize in life insurance to protect families in various areas, targeting those with average income and health. Due to high demand in our niche market, we have many requests for insurance but not enough agents to meet this need.
This position is commissions-only. The commission structure is designed to help you earn quickly, with potential payment within a week of writing your first policy. The average sale nationwide is approximately $1,000 in annual premium, with some associates earning $600 from just one sale.
