The Team Lead must project a positive attitude, be open and willing to help others when needed and have excellent attendance.

• Leads Tier meetings.
• Analyzes daily order patterns and workforce levels to meet customer demands.
• Conducts daily safety audits and ensures all employees are wearing appropriate PPE and operating safely.
• Exhibits strong leadership and communication skills, fostering a cohesive team environment.
• Demonstrates the ability to encourage others to cooperate and work together.
• Works independently with superior results.
• Collaborates across departments to resolve conflicts and facilitate smooth operations.
• Understands quality expectations and works with all team members to ensure quality procedures are followed.
• Works from prints, sketches, specifications, and instructions to order and maintain stock, communicate orders, check employees’ work, monitor equipment, ensure absence of defects on products; notify supervisor of unusual conditions, equipment malfunction, or material discrepancies; maintain equipment and work area in clean, orderly condition.
• Performs set up and troubleshoot all equipment and products in the department.
• Must be flexible with hours across all shifts to train and coach andbe qualified to coordinate and lead the implementation of improvements within their department.
• Oversees equipment operation and employee performance, addressing any discrepancies.
• Assists the supervisor with the daily planning and scheduling activities.
• Coordinates special programs and projects and can facilitate activities working with Production, Engineering, and R&D.
• Serves as the main contact in the absence of the Supervisor.
• Develops and monitors standard work processes to optimize department efficiency.
• Conducts regular 5S audits, ensuring the department is organized and tools are readily available.

The hourly rate for this position starts at$23/hr.

2nd Shift: Monday- Friday 2:30p-11:00p
