The Process Mapper will report into the HR Project Management Office (PMO) and is responsible for visually documenting and mapping out the HR organization's existing and future state processes, identifying potential bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and communicating these insights to stakeholders to optimize project execution and efficiency across the organization. This role works closely with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams globally, to ensure key milestones/tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals.

The HR PMO is responsible for management of key and strategic HR portfolio initiatives, which include cross-functional programs aimed at driving efficiencies in global end-to-end operations and technical excellence. • Use appropriate visuals and workflow diagrams, providing a deeper comprehension of outlining how the HR processes currently are designed and operate and conversely create enhanced or new process maps to solve for further improvements, efficiencies, and optimizations
  • Gather, organize, and analyze data for PMO processes, including tasks, dependencies, decision points, and resource usage
  • Analyze the process maps to pinpoint areas of redundancy, delays, or bottlenecks that hinder project progress and clearly articulate recommendations/solutions
