Job Details

Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Responsible for monthly financial reporting to key stakeholders, comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support, identifying trends and performance metrics that lead to actionable recommendations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables, including Board reporting and presentations.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and KPI's to track performance against strategic, operational, and financial objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and provide financial insights.
• Collaborate with executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as Retention forecasts, Event Tracking and Management, Sales and Marketing spend efficiency.
• Improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management.
• Oversee the financial planning and budgeting process for the company, working closely with department heads to compile and review budgets.
• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking, analyzing financial data, and creating financial models.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA, CPA, or CFA is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis role, preferably within the Accounting + Finance industry.
• Strong background in accurate and timely financial reporting, complex data analysis and forecasting
• ERP NetSuite is a plus. SQL knowledge is a plus.
