Job Description

As part of our growing Oracle CX Cloud practice, we are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle CX Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background with hands-on expertise in multiple Oracle CX modules and a proven track record of successful end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and conduct discovery sessions and workshops with Oracle CX Cloud users across Sales, CPQ, Subscription Management, Service Logistics, and Maintenance Cloud.
2. Gather and document business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
3. Perform functional configurations and setups within Oracle CX Cloud modules.
4. Lead CRP (Conference Room Pilots), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), SIT (System Integration Testing), and production cutover planning.
5. Mentor and guide offshore Oracle CX Cloud developers on implementation and customization tasks.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of project milestones.
7. Prepare end-user training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide post-go-live support as needed.
8. Provide best-practice guidance to improve customer experience workflows and digital engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle CX Cloud, including CPQ, Subscription Management, Service Logistics, or Maintenance Cloud.
2. Strong experience in business process analysis, functional design, and system configuration.
3. Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with business stakeholders.
4. Proven ability to lead CRP, UAT, SIT, and production cutover.
5. Ability to train end-users and create functional documentation and manuals.
6. Experience collaborating with offshore teams and managing deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Oracle CX Cloud certification(s)
2. Experience in related Oracle Cloud modules (ERP, HCM) is a plus
3. Exposure to integration tools and Oracle PaaS solutions is a plus
