Job summary
West Capital Lending is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer for a full-time, 100% remote role based in the Greater Philadelphia area. You will manage the end-to-end loan process, including prospecting and qualifying borrowers, gathering and analyzing financial documentation, and recommending suitable mortgage products.
You will guide clients through applications, coordinate with underwriting and processing teams, monitor loan status, and ensure compliance with lending regulations and company
Qualifications
- Experience as a Loan Officer with mortgage origination
- Knowledge of Mortgage Industry and lending practices (conventional, FHA, VA)
- Understanding of underwriting standards and documentation requirements
- Strong customer service and communication
- State licensing (NMLS and CA DRE) and familiarity with lending regulations
- Ability to analyze income, credit, assets, and collateral
- Proficiency with loan origination systems and office software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ethical, inclusive client service
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end loan process from application to closing
- Prospect and qualify borrowers
- Gather and analyze financial documentation
- Recommend suitable mortgage products
- Guide clients through applications and coordinate with underwriting/processing
