Today, we are hiring (9) fully remote, Mental Health Therapists in the state of Massachusetts.

As a Mental Health Therapist at our client, you will provide evidence-based treatment and mental health services primarily through telehealth. You will conduct intakes, therapy sessions, assessments, and maintain accurate documentation. This role offers a fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling and generous benefits. The therapist must be licensed in Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing evidence-based treatment to a diverse range of patients.
• Delivering mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery, primarily via telehealth (video or phone).
• Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy as applicable.
• Performing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
• Maintaining accurate documentation in a timely manner, adhering to Federal, State, and company guidelines.

Schedule and Shift Details

• Fully remote with flexible scheduling. Therapists can set their own schedule between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. EST, 7 days a week. Therapists must work until 8 p.m. two days per week or four 4-hour shifts on weekends. No on-call required.
