Law Firms in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join a growing, client-focused practice. This role offers meaningful ownership of cases, close collaboration with attorneys, and the flexibility of a fully remote environment.

You will manage family law matters from intake through resolution, assist with divorce and child custody, and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and court filings in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of family law paralegal experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of family law litigation and case processes.
• Experience with discovery, pleadings, court filings, and case preparation.
• Hands-on experience with divorce and/or child custody matters.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Work closely with attorneys on case strategy, preparation, and day-to-day case management
• Prepare and organize pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and court filings

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of family law paralegal experience preferred
• Strong understanding of family law litigation and case processes
• Experience with discovery, pleadings, court filings, and case preparation
• Hands-on experience with divorce and/or child custody matters

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$80,000 – $90,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
