TITLE: Corporate Inpatient Coding Manager

LOCATION: 100% Remote from AK, OR, TX or WA

SALARY: $95 - $130k+

- JOB DESCRIPTION Are you an Inpatient Coding Manager seeking a stable and rewarding Corporate leadership opportunity working directly for a not-for-profit Health System? Seeking an experienced Inpatient Coding Manager who will lead a United States only team of approximately 30 Inpatient Coder’s (23 internal/6 external) Must have strong hands-on Inpatient Coding skills, capable of reviewing complex cases as needed for the team. This will be a working manager position. This role will work closely with the CDI team so prior experience working with CDI is highly desired. There is also a dedicated Audit/Review team so the focus here is strictly IP Coding. Ideal candidate will hit the ground running, be self-motivated, support the team through change and be technologically savvy - REQUIREMENTS: Hands-on current, advanced Inpatient Coding skills including Trauma cases At least 5 years of Inpatient Coding experience and a minimum of 3 years of Coding Management experience over a similarly sized team Bachelor’s Degree preferred RHIA, RHIT or CCS EPIC and 3M 360 experience preferred This Health System only has the ability to hire from Alaska, Oregon, Texas or Washington, must have residence in one of those states - BENEFITS: Full-time, full-benefit stable all USA employee-based opportunity working directly for a Health System 6 weeks paid time off (30 days) 100% Remote, must have residence in AK, OR, TX or WA $95k – $130k+, offer is determined by years of relevant Coding/Management experience -
