Description

We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to generate qualified leads and assist in closing deals. Your responsibilities will include adding prospective clients to the sales funnel, assessing their needs, and following up to ensure successful transactions. Responsibilities
  1. Prepare contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to facilitate smooth transactions.
  2. Act as the intermediary between buyers and sellers to ensure successful closings.
  3. Convert prospective homebuyers into qualified leads through follow-up, communication, and pipeline management.
  4. Identify potential homebuyers and present suitable properties based on their needs and budgets.
  5. Host open houses to engage with potential clients and showcase the local real estate market.
Qualifications
  • Active Real Estate License
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven success in real estate sales
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel by car
  • Knowledge of local real estate market conditions and trends
  • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or in relevant real estate roles
Compensation

$90,000 - $175,000 annually at plan
