Gordonsville is seeking a Class-A Dedicated Grocery Delivery Driver to join our regional fleet. You’ll run from the Gordonsville hub across VA, NC, PA, and WV, with daily home time and 5-on/2-off shifts.   • Sign-On Incentive: $4,000 total bonus ($250 paid on load #1, scaling up through structured 90-day and 180-day milestone disbursements).
  • Pay Scale: Experience-tiered rates from $0.66 to $0.76 CPM (paid via the greater of actual mileage or short-run minimum bands), reinforced by $20 per stop.

• The Freight & Lane Network * The Run: Regional store distribution dispatching from the Gordonsville, VA hub across VA, NC, PA, and WV ( 1,600-1,700 weekly miles ). * Cargo Handling: 100% zero-touch dry van and reefer freight (live store drops) operating late-model slip-seat day cabs. _(Daily personal commuter transportation to the terminal required).
