Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification as principal or eligible for CE per NJ requirements.
• Strong knowledge of NJSLS and early childhood best practices.
• Familiarity with PBSIS, HIB regulations, and data-driven instruction.

Responsibilities

• Assist Principal in supervising instructional staff and evaluating practices.
• Support positive school climate and student behavior through restorative approaches.
• Aid with scheduling, reporting, attendance, safety, and testing coordination.
• Engage families and PTO to strengthen school-community partnerships.
• Contribute to school improvement goals and shared leadership
