The Children’s Guild in Baltimore is seeking a Classroom Aide to provide direct, one-on-one support to students with autism and other special needs. You’ll work closely with teachers and therapists to implement IEP goals in a caring classroom setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; special education experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with students with special needs or autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to students in kindergarten through 12th grade.
• Engage in family outreach and school-based activities.
• Participate in professional development and training.
