Job summary

Think Academy US is seeking part-time remote Math Tutors to deliver one-on-one online lessons for students in Grades 5-8 across North America, aligned with the CCSS framework. Instruction is in English, using interactive, student-centered methods to promote engagement and real-time problem solving.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree (Math/Education preferred), teaching experience or certificate, availability weekday evenings and weekends, and optional Mandarin Chinese proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Math, Education, or related fields.
• Teaching experience or a valid teaching certificate is highly preferred.
• Available and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends (US time zones).
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is preferred.

Our curriculum aligns with U.S.Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and supports students across upper elementary, middle school, and high school levels.Through personalized, one-on-one instruction, we help students strengthen foundational skills, improve academic performance, and build confidence in problem-solving.We are currently seeking Remote Math Tutorsto support project testing and ongoing curriculum development.

How You Can Be Qualified:

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Math, Education, or related fields are preferred
• Teaching experience or a valid teaching certificate is highly preferred
• Available and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends (US time zones)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is preferred

Pay:

Pay starts from $20–25/hr, with opportunities for promotion and salary increases twice a year.
